We get it. The items you share with us aren’t just photos or documents — they’re pieces of your story, your history. They hold your family’s faces, your milestones, and the moments you never want to lose.

That’s why we handle every item with the same care and respect we give to our own memories. Our process for making sure your items are kept safe while they become accessible forever looks like this:

  • Gather your items and determine if any restoration is needed.

  • Request a quote to set up a consultation and schedule a drop-off time.

  • Drop off your items with us. Shipping and company pick-up options are also available.

  • Receive regular updates throughout the digital conversion and restoration processes. Our digitization process is completed by hand, without the use of automated feeders or sorters that could damage your items.

  • Pick up your items, along with the digital files (either on an external drive or in the cloud). Shipping and drop off options are also available.

  • Share, backup and enjoy your digital files.

Why We’re Different

There are options when it comes to helping you digitize and restore your photos, videos and other items. We believe our small size and personalized approach sets us apart.

  • We are a family owned and operated business. We are based in a local studio, so your items will never be stored on a shelf in a warehouse.

  • We offer in-person, on-site drop off and pick up options for your photos and files with a member of our team, not a third party vendor. We also offer shipping options, allowing you to select the delivery option you are the most comfortable with.

  • We offer consultations with our team before beginning the work, so you get a chance to meet with the specialist who will be handling your photos.

  • We communicate regularly to provide project updates. Those updates will come from the specialist in charge of your photos, not a call center.

  • We’re deeply connected with the community, and run programs through the surrounding towns. Our team has spent their lives in the Merrimack Valley. Our parents and grandparents owned businesses in Methuen, Lawrence, and Andover. This is our home and we care about preserving its history.
